Motown fejrer fyrre års jubilæet for Marvin Gaye’s legendariske album What’s Going On med udgivelsen af et boxset bestående af to cd’er og en vinyl. Udgivelsen kommer på gaden den 31. maj.
Udover en remastereret version af det originale album fra 1971 indeholder cd1 også en lang række sjældenheder og tidligere uudgivne sange. Cd2 er primært en instrumental jam-session optaget i Motowns Studio B efter albummet var udgivet. Vinylen er en eksakt kopi af det originale mix – hvilket er første gang på vinyl – indpakket i en kopi af det oprindelige cover.
