Der findes snart ikke den kunstner med respekt for sig selv, der ikke har lavet et cover af et af Bob Dylans utallige numre.
I anledning af Bob Dylans nyligt udgivne studiealbum Together Through Life – vist nok album nummer 46 – har det amerikanske musikmagasin Paste Magazine kåret hvad de mener er de 50 bedste Dylan-covers. Selvom 50 numre er mange, så er der sikkert mange læsere, der mangler netop hans eller hendes favorit!? Fx er der slet ikke nogen metal-numre med på listen.
